REG staff have been supporting Spotsylvania County with the implementation of their ESC and VSMP programs for the last 7 years. Our DEQ certified staff currently provide stormwater and erosion & sediment control inspection and plan review services, including bond reduction/release inspections, as-built review, and complaint investigations. Using drone technology, REG staff are currently inspecting over 2,000 acres of the Spotsylvania Solar Energy Center, the largest solar facility east of the Mississippi River. REG averages over 500 residential and commercial inspections each month. In addition to our field inspections, our staff write detailed reports and communicate the results with the County and the owner. REG’s environmental professionals also assist Spotsylvania County with the review of wetland and Perennial Flow Determination reports submitted to the County by other environmental consultants.
