Summit Crossing Estates is a 70 lot residential subdivision located in Spotsylvania County. REG provided wetland delineation and permitting services during the design phase of the project. REG is currently providing monthly and semi-annual Virginia Water Protection (VWP) permit monitoring. In addition, REG provided VSMP permitting and SWPPP inspections throughout construction.
